Refund Policy

Dominator is a digital subscription product. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from the customer dashboard billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided for partial months once the subscription is active. If you were charged in error, could not activate due to a verified service outage on our side, or have another exceptional case, contact support@dominatorapp.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate revocation of Dominator access for the related account.
