End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Dominator for the Dominator desktop software, related firmware utilities, and documentation (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

License grant

Subject to an active paid subscription, an active demo period, or another grant we issue to your account, Dominator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your entitlement (currently one active device). Demo access is temporary and ends automatically when the demo window expires.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software, license tokens, or account credentials. You may not bypass entitlement, device-limit, payment, or demo restrictions.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Dominator and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, branding, and related materials.

Termination

This license ends automatically if your subscription or demo ends, if you breach this EULA or the Terms, or if we revoke access for abuse, chargebacks, or fraud. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete local copies.

Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dominator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability as described in the Terms of Service. You assume all risk from use, including any conflict with third-party terms of service.
